How is my price calculated?
Home cleans use a published formula: base price + $20/$30/$40 per extra bedroom + $15/$20/$25 per extra bathroom + a home-size adjustment. The online booking flow shows every line item before you pay — the same numbers our payments backend uses.
How do arrival windows work?
You pick a 30-minute arrival window (6:30 AM–6:30 PM), choose Flexible, or enter a specific time. Arrivals before 8:00 AM are Early Bird: $20 when booked within 72 hours, waived when booked 72+ hours ahead.
How do recurring cleanings work?
Recurring plans (weekly −20%, bi-weekly −15%, monthly −10%) apply to Standard Cleaning only. Your first visit is billed at the one-time price; the discount begins on the second visit.
Do I need to provide supplies?
No. Our crews arrive with their own pro-grade supplies and equipment. Just note pets, fragiles, or sensitivities when booking so we plan around them.
Is my card charged today?
Never a full charge — the booking step places a card hold at our payments provider to reserve your slot. The hold is only captured after the service is completed to your standards.
What happens on move-in/out days and construction projects?
Move In/Out cleans book instantly like any home clean. Post-construction and commercial visits always run as custom quotes — no card required, and we confirm scope before scheduling.
